Safe4Athletes is a not-for-profit organization that advocates for and helps sports organizations adopt effective policies, procedures and educational programs that are designed to prevent coach, volunteer and peer misconduct whether it be sexual, bullying, harassment or other forms of inappropriate behaviors.

As a not-for-profit organization it was important that costs were carefully managed but at the same time the results needed to be of the highest possible standards.

Cogs Mobile Cycle Repairs is a new business based in Essex, UK, offering a comprehensive bicycle repair service. Once again the remit was to produce a professional web presence as quickly as possible at minimal cost that could be maintained by company staff without specialist training.

The new site was up and running in a couple of days and Cogs staff were able to start updating it there and then.

Human Race is a leading multi-sport event organizer based in the UK. Their website is a key marketing tool. Not only does it have to look good, but it has to be easy for the non-technical marketing and administration staff to use. The site is updated daily with new information about upcoming events, photos and results from recent events and other multi-media elements such as videos and a variety of sponsor advertisements.

The Human Race project was undertaken in conjunction with our UK-based partner organization Vanilla Flip.

JUST sausage is a new business based in Houston, Texas, offering British-style sausages. As with many start-ups the key objectives were to produce a professional web presence as quickly as possible at minimal cost.

As well as all the regular features of a Joomla-based website, such as the ability to easily update content and add multi-media elements, the JUST sausage website allows customers to rate and review products, link to their Facebook page, integration with the popular mailchimp mailing service and a live twitter feed.

Top Drawer Executive Resourcing is a new recruitment business based in the UK. As a start-up, the business was keenly focused on keeping costs down whilst at the same time producing a professional web presence.

The Woodlands Masters Swim Team previously used a website service designed for sports teams that allows the production of a basic web presence with minimal technical knowledge. The problem was that as soon as the club wanted to deviate from the narrow range of facilities available they were stuck.

Their new Joomla-based website allows them to add new content of varying types easily. A big focus has been the addition of photos of team members at swim meets and social events. In addition a survey module allows the team administrators to question the club members about their preferences for upcoming events and activities.

East London Triathletes is a triathlon club based in the UK. Their website was quite old and was not keeping up with the requirements of the club. Very few updates were made to the site because of the time and effort required.

The brief was to produce a simple clean site which was easy for the committee members to maintain themselves - especially the update of the club calendar with training sessions and events and club photos. In addition to the new front end, the club also introduced online registration for its events and its club membership, all accessed through the site.
